RESERVATION AND STAY: You can make your reservation and pay through our website: www.ledimoresuitesmilano.com
If you request a reservation by telephone, email or social media, you must pay by bank transfer within 24 hours from the reservation request to the following bank coordinates:

Your reservation will be considered complete when you have sent a copy of the bank transfer by email to info@ledimoresuitesmilano.com.
By confirming the reservation, you accept the following terms and conditions.
Reservations are nominative, non-transferable and exclude all things not specifically mentioned. Each additional night and/or variation with respect to the reservation confirmation will be quoted at the price in force at the moment of the request.
A maximum of two guests are permitted per room.

CREDIT CARD DEBIT AUTHORISATION: by communicating your credit card details, you authorise LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO to verify the validity of the credit card by a pre-authorisation request and to subsequently debit possible penalties for cancellation, late or non-cancellation, no-show, early departure and/or variations, according to the reservation conditions. If the pre-authorisation request is refused, the reservation will be cancelled. If you are making the reservation on behalf of third parties, you must authorise LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO to debit the costs and penalties from their credit card.

RATES: are per room, per night or cumulative for the period indicated. Prices may change/increase as a result of the unforeseen introduction of taxes or higher VAT.

TOURIST TAX: is not included and, if due, amounts to €3 (three) per person, per day, for the first 14 consecutive days of the stay. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY: (unless otherwise specified in the reservation confirmation) the reservation is NON-cancellable and NON-refundable. In other words, from the moment of confirmation, in the event of cancellation, no-show, early departure or variations to the reservation, 100% of the total amount for the confirmed apartment will be debited by way of penalty. With application of the penalty, LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO does not recognize the entitlement to benefit from the service/stay and the reservation is automatically cancelled.

CHECK-IN: from 14:00. A valid passport or identity card must be presented for all guests. Persons without a valid passport or identity card and minors not accompanied by their parents may not stay in the accommodation.

WARRANTY AND DEPOSIT: at the moment of check-in, LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO reserves the right to request a deposit in cash or by valid credit card for up to the full amount of the reservation. The guest authorizes LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO to process a pre-authorization on the credit card and to debit at any time, even after departure, amounts due for undeclared consumption and/or a penalty for damages incurred during the stay. On departure, the cash deposit will be returned, or the pre-authorization cancelled, following verification of the state of the accommodation.

ANIMALS: not allowed.

CHILD POLICY: LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO accommodation is reserved for adult guests only.

GUEST VISITORS use of LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO accommodation is reserved exclusively for the guests confirmed in the reservation and regularly declared to the Authorities. LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO reserves the right to refuse access to the apartment to persons not included in the reservation.

DAMAGES: the rooms are consigned on check-in complete with all necessary furnishings and fittings in good working order. Guests are responsible for missing material or damage to the apartments and communal areas caused during their stay. Corvetto Residence staff may verify the condition of the apartment and request/debit compensation for damages to the structure at any time during the stay or after departure.

HYGIENE AND FOOD RULES: during their stay, guests are required to respect general hygiene rules and in particular those relating to the introduction and storage of food. In particular, loose foods not kept in sealed packages, or foods liable to deteriorate and/or decompose, may not be brought into, or stored in, the apartment.

CHECK-OUT: by 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible only on request and following payment of a supplement of up to the cost of the night, according to the rates applied at that moment.

LEFT LUGGAGE: on the day of check-out, guests may leave their securely-closed luggage at Reception for collection by the end of the day. LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO is not responsible for items left at Reception.

PROHIBITIONS: Guests may NOT hold private parties or events, hang laundry, light open fires or behave in a way disrespectful or harmful to themselves, to other people, or to the property and structure owned by LE DIMORE SUITES MILANO.
